He is very flexible and accommodated to our busy work schedule, often times helping us firm up offers and questions at 9pm at night. Last but not least Mike is well connected in the local market and that came in very handy as he was able to find tenants to our property very fast! Highly Recommended!!

I lived in Round Rock, TX for 13 years and my job moved me back home to Las Vegas, NV. After moving, I wanted to sell my house rather than rent it out so I went with a realtor that a friend recommended. Chrissy and Mike were outstanding in pre-sales marketing and communication when selling our house. We had a strategy of great house prep, and coming soon marketing. We ended up selling our house with just a simple “coming soon” sign in our front yard. We received multiple offers and never had to list on MLS. We ended up getting more that we ever expected and the transaction was very straightforward. We even negotiated a month lease back as our new house was being built.
