After having our second kid, our family needed a home that would accommodate us and give the kids space to play and grow. Chrissy was very attentive to our needs and wants and helped us find the right house. After looking at houses for several weeks and not finding the perfect one, it’s easy to get discouraged, but Chrissy was very encouraging throughout the whole process and insisted on finding us a house that we would love, and even helped us figure out what we needed. She is very knowledgeable and we found her advice to be invaluable, often providing us with information about floor plan functionality that we would have never considered, steering us away from floor plans that would have given us too much or too little space. Her goal was to find us the perfect house for our needs, and she did not settle for anything less. When it came time to make an offer, her experience in the local market was critical in helping us develop a strategy for putting in the best offer and negotiating a fantastic deal. We couldn’t be happier with our experience and with the home we ended up with and I would enthusiastically recommend Chrissy to my friends and family.

Chrissy Caputo is nothing short of a dynamo. What made you decide to buy your home? I wanted to put my money into something that was a great investment for the Austin area vs throwing my money away in rent each month. Chrissy guided me within my cost range to options that I would have thought would have been out of my range, but her analysis of what my final payment would be, in the end, helped me pull everything together!

Why did you choose me as your real estate agent? I had a bad experience with another Austin area real estate agent. Chrissy came to me as a recommendation from a coworker. Best recommendation EVER! What did you like best about your experience with me? Chrissy broke down the complication of buying a home and provided a simplistic path to follow. I never go overwhelmed or anxious about anything! She truly helped me figure out what I could afford and her estimate of my mortgage payment was right on! She also gave me tips and helpful suggestions along the way to save me $$ in the end.
