Chrissy was absolutely amazing through the entire process. Not only is she knowledgeable about homes (renovations, improvements, value, areas etc.) she is also very knowledgeable with the negotiating process and the paperwork side of things. When my wife saw a few listings that were interesting, she met with us to see them at the drop of a hat. And when she showed us the properties, it was like having a home inspector with you, observant of red flags as well of positives, and is comply honest and upfront. When we found a home we liked the day before Thanksgiving, she worked overtime, contacting agents and advising of on making a successful offer. During closing, she went thought the paperwork with us, advising us on what to look out for. She knows the process like the back of her hand. In this competitive market, I couldn’t recommend anyone more than Chrissy.

We found the home of our dreams unexpectedly and we called Chrissy to help us in decided if selling our house to get where we want was going to be possible. This was a long journey and she stuck by our side the entire way! I did not think it would be possible and she made it possible. Worked with Chrissy on purchasing our first home in Austin. Being new to the area she provided excellent recommendations and options. Although took us a while to decide which area as was quite stuck on areas near 2222 and distance to downtown did not seem a lot, coming from bay area. She suggested we try this out during peak hour and this lead us to focus our search closer to downtown. Within one and half month we were able to acquire our first new home in Austin in 78746. She is also knowledgeable about the cost of repairs and assisted us in organizing all the inspectors and facilitated our final purchase. She worked diligently during inspections eventhough her mom was in hospital. I am still dependant on her to make this a home for our family. Her friendly, warm and open communications made this stressful event easy to handle and did not push us to make a decision but listened and waited….Absolute fun and would work with her again in a heartbeat!!
