I just recently bought my first home and had a wonderful experience with the whole process largely due to Char my realtor. She was very energetic and positive that we would find the right home for my son and I. She listened to the criteria that I needed and immediately started sending me listings so we could begin the search. Char is extremely knowledgeable in her profession and answered all my questions in a manner that I could understand. I never once felt pressured to submit an offer on a house. Char made my house buying experience a memorable one and I have no doubt in my mind that if I wanted to sell or buy another home she will be the realtor I go to.
