From our first conversation in the winter of 2013, while I was stationed overseas in Okinawa, Japan, Charlette has been a new home buyer’s dream realtor. She entertained some of the most austere or unusual questions and comments that I’m sure most home buyers never ask. One thing that stood out for my wife and me was the tremendous patience she has for people. I must have asked some questions many times over that had been thoroughly explained by her before. Nevertheless, Charlette answered them over and over again to us. She has been a true professional, and her knowledge and expertise demonstrated that she was clearly not a rookie realtor.
There have been so many scenarios that could be highlighted, but there are certain characteristics of Charlette I would like to share that stand out and distinguish her from the rest. Charlette was always true to her word, all the way through this process. She did not mislead us one time. Her loyalty was impeccable. Her loyalty to me, the buyer, was evident even more so as she battled it out with the seller on our behalf.
I can’t tell you how many properties we asked about, and she researched all of our requests, following up with us in a timely manner. She is a very hard-working, dedicated realtor, who is also down to earth and understanding, and we appreciate our time spent. Instead of a business transaction, the whole process felt like a lasting relationship of friendship for life. She did not rush us, but kept us informed, and updated us with the latest information on the market.
We thank you, Charlette, and hats off to you on helping our dream of being home owners become reality. Thank you for all your hard work and helping us find and acquire our dream home. Even through the crazy time zone difference of Japan to the U.S., it never hindered you from helping us. We are so thankful for you!! And may the Lord give back to you all the time taken away from your family helping us find our home.
God bless,
