As part of the Austin Community, Jacob attended Johnston High School, where shortly after graduation, he proudly served in the Unites State Marine Corps for four years. After his service term, he attended Park University, obtaining degrees in Accounting, Human Resources, and Business Management along with his Real Estate Agent license. For the past 20 years, Jacob has built a framework in the Tech industry, working and leading global teams in Finance and Sales Operations for companies such as IBM, National Instruments, and Dialpad.

I had an amazing experience with Austin Summit when looking to rent a house. I was in the neighborhood and saw Chrissy’s Caputo name & contact infront of a house. I called and she was really nice and put me in touch with Jacob Chagoya. He immediately reached out and scheduled a tour the next day. I loved the house and applied for it. Jacob followed up with me to keep me posted on my application. I honestly think he’s the type of agent everyone needs if you are looking for a house to rent or buy. He’s very detailed , has some good advices, patient and great communication style. He answered all my questions and if he don’t know, he will honestly tell you he don’t but find out for you. Mostly a great attitude. I’ve worked with some agents and they usually act like you don’t matter and act very busy. And having a someone that understands your needs throughout house hunting is very comforting. I will definitely be working with Jacob in the nearest future again !
